Community & Formation Coordinator

We are looking for a Community & Formation Coordinator to provide organizational and operational support to the Community & Formation team at Reality SF. Our Community & Formation Coordinator will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Community Pastor to support Community Groups and leaders while also supporting the Formation Pastor and broader Formation Department through communications, scheduling, training, events, and ministry initiatives.

Pastoral Resident

We are looking for a Pastoral Resident to join our team in leading and shepherding the community at Reality SF. Our Pastoral Resident will be an integral part of our pastoral team, and report weekly to our Executive or Senior Pastor, engaging with content relevant to senior leadership, church planting, or revitalization.
