Drew Wilkerson

Elder

Drew is passionate about helping others find joy in being rooted in the San Francisco, just as he and his family have found.

Drew began following Jesus as a teenager. He met his wife Heather in college, and shortly afterwards, they married in wine country. After honeymooning in San Francisco, they fell in love with the city and chose to establish their family here, feeling called to be rooted here long term.

Since 2017, Drew has served in multiple areas at Reality: playing electric guitar on Sundays with the Music Ministry, as a Community Group leader, a CG Coach, and a Finance Class administrator. As a non-staff Elder, Drew is most passionate about discipleship, generosity, and helping people find joy in being rooted in our city.

Drew and Heather work in real estate and are the founders of the Wilkerson Team, serving both buyers and sellers in San Francisco. They live in Pacific Heights with their two children.

Blair Lewis, Formation Coordinator

Blair supports the Community & Formation Department operationally and administratively as they plan and execute programs and events, including training and program design, teaching and facilitation, and volunteer management.
